- Pieces are fired at more than 1000 degrees C for maximum durability. They are dishwasher and microwave safe. But bear in mind that dishwashers are hard on glazes because of the alkaline nature of the dishwasher soap and the constant hot water.
- All pieces in the shop are actual stock available at the time of purchase and will be processed for shipping/collecting as soon as the payment reflects on my side.
- I offer courier shipping across the UAE, with delivery times varying based on your location. If you are based outside of the UAE, the best is to reach out to me and I will get a shipping quote.
- Once your parcel has been collected, I’ll provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey. Please inspect your package upon arrival to ensure it hasn’t been damaged during transit.
- Each piece is handmade, so slight variations in glaze or clay colour may occur compared to the images as well small size variances against what has been listed. If you’re unsure, I’d be delighted to welcome you to the studio in Abu Dhabi, where you can purchase in person.
- Returns are considered on a case-by-case basis, and the item must be unused and in its original condition. Shipping costs for returns will be your responsibility.
